My Tarot Trump: The Fool

Just like the fool I am at the beginning of my journey.
I am aware of the endless possibilities that await discovery. I love new
challenges, the outdoors and I'm optimistic to a fault. I sometimes lack in
willpower and discipline.
Fools rush in where angels dare to tread.
This saying rings home to me all too often.
The fool walks in the mid-day sun without a care in the world, the only
thing stopping him from stepping off the edge is the dog at his heels.
This is me.
I'm a Sagittarius with a Virgo rising. As a Sagittarian I don't always see
the dangers ahead. I blindly trust that all will be well. The dog, for me,
represents my Virgo side. The dog stops the Fool from falling, the dog
makes him stop from time to time to think about his actions.
The planet Uranus is linked to the Fool card. The influence of Uranus makes
the Fool stand out from the crowd and makes him demonstrate his need for
independence.
I am always noticed when I go out, I hate the idea of conforming to what is
“normal” I chose my own path and my own way and the speed I do it.
Also like the Fool I have no great need for worldly possessions; a few
photographs of loved ones, my tarot cards and my silver jewellery is all I
need to remind me of who I am and where I'm going in life.The fool is a card of starting out, new beginnings and knowing that you know
nothing.
