My Tarot Trump: Strength

I identify with the Strength card in the Tarot
both upright and reversed. Reversed is my past, full of fears
with the Lion (my fears and nightmares) more in control, occasionally
it will still show up now but it is usually when I am heavily
stressed or frightened about a situation. Upright, I am in control,
I can close the jaws of the lion if they should open with naught
more than a gentle caress. With Strength, I have been a true survivor.
Doctors have always been amazed at my resiliency to eventually
bounce back from some horrendous situations.
The Strength card represents to me love conquering
hate when it is upright. Physical force isn't necessary because
of the inner strength the woman possesses.
